Bike to Work Week Sponsorship Form

Sponsors must be confirmed by Friday, February 27, 2026.

*Note that in order to ensure your organization’s logo is included in print materials (i.e. t-shirts, flyers, and event signage), your application must be submitted and BMC must receive your donation and/or commitment, and your organization's logo no later than Friday, February 27, 2026.  Logos received after February 27, 2026, will be included on the website only.

Logo files must be submitted in Vector Format (with fonts and artwork outlined) or at least 300 dpi. We accept the following file types: (.AI) (.EPS) (.TIFF) (.PSD w/all layers) (.PDF - high-res, minimum 300dpi).

Payment Information

The Baltimore Metropolitan Council is a 501(c)3 organization; monetary donations are tax deductible.
